- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP pure vanilla extract
- juice of one orange
- Place berries in a blender and puree.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, mixing well by hand. Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve as is or on top of more fresh raspberries.
Yield: 2-1/3 cups
