City of Franklin Public Works franklintn.gov/services/contact-us To purchase compost, call Todd King at Street Dept at 615.210.7298 to confirm availability. Once compost is reserved, you must go to the City's Utility Billing office at 109 Third Avenue South, Suite 141 to purchase a voucher. Then take voucher to the City's compost site at 1160 Incinerator Road 7am-2pm.
