French Herb Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 TBSP chives
  • 1 TBSP parsley
  • 1 TBSP basil
  • 1 TBSP tarragon
  • 1 TBSP rosemary
  • 1 TBSP marjoram
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp diced garlic
  • 1 stick unsalted butter

Directions:

  1. Combine herbs.
  2. Mix 1 tablespoon herb mixture with 1 stick unsalted softened butter. Add garlic.
  3. Shape into ball and place on garnished saucer.
  4. Serving suggestion: Use to baste chicken or fish before grilling.

Yield: 1/2 cup
