French Herb Butter

Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP chives
- 1 TBSP parsley
- 1 TBSP basil
- 1 TBSP tarragon
- 1 TBSP rosemary
- 1 TBSP marjoram
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp diced garlic
- 1 stick unsalted butter
Directions:
- Combine herbs.
- Mix 1 tablespoon herb mixture with 1 stick unsalted softened butter. Add garlic.
- Shape into ball and place on garnished saucer.
- Serving suggestion: Use to baste chicken or fish before grilling.
Yield: 1/2 cup
