From concept to realization, we tour the Level One Arboretum and garden at Davidson Academy in Nashville, TN. This public garden space has 5 years growth. It’s been certified as a wildlife habitat by the Tennessee Wildlife Foundation.

Level 1 arboreta are generally smaller publicly accessible sites with at least 25 species of woody plants, one or fewer employees or volunteers, a governing body, and an arboretum plan.
The Davidson Academy arboretum contains 41 different identified species native to Tennessee.
The 68-acre campus is certified by the Tennessee Wildlife Foundation as a Wildlife Habitat.
